Refund Policy

When you purchase products or services from Climate Control, your purchase is covered by our 1-year limited warranty, in addition to any manufacturer warranties that may exist. If a repair or installation that we originally performed fails for any reason during the first year, we will gladly return to correct the problem at no cost. If the problem persists after all reasonable efforts have been exhausted to rectify the situation, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. Client satisfaction is our #1 priority and that is why we can afford to back our products and services with this special guarantee.
